Just to let everyone know, we had our Bio-Metrics last friday (05.25.2007 10:am at the Portland, Oregon office) and it went very smoothly. it ONLY took us 15 minutes to complete. Word of advice, they were very strick about ANY cell phones in the building. We saw about 5 people being escorted out of the building because of this. (the appointment notice did say NOT to bring cell phones).

Last week we got an RFE for our AOS (I-485). it seems that they wanted an updated Affidated of Support FORM I-864EZ) has any one else needed to do this?

It has been 4 months now since Xuan has been in Portland and it has been totally awesome and the both of us could not be happier.

Thank you again for all of you that has given us great direction and advice.

ill keep in touch and hope and pray for all

Take care, David

Good Times
