Hello guys!

I wonder if anyone has the same situation like me. I asked for expedite with my EAD card. After submitting the proof , I have not received any updates since April 16 they sent me an email saying they received my proof and  my case is under review of an officer. I wonder how long it usually takes to get approval.... I am losing my job offer :( Today I called Tier 1 and she helped me escalate to Tier 1. Now still waiting for call back.....

Nothing fast about any part of this process, even with expedite requests.......

Be sure to update this thread when you know. I did the exact thing and sent all my requested info via fax on the 26th of April ( last Friday). I never received any emails just the mail to send in the proof of expedite. Was hoping to hear something this week, looks like it might be a few weeks before I hear anything.

ok sure...Today I got call back from tier 2. He said if I have not heard anything after 45 days, it means my expedite request is rejected...
