well i am sorry i cannot be more helpful

as i am sure you did not just want a silly "read the guidelines "

but that is a good thing to do

just probably could have been alot more helpful to you

anyway

i read that, and that seems like that is what it is asking for

sounds good to me

Froodpeas,

Maybe, maybe not. You do not provide enough information to hazard a guess.

The affiant must provide supporting documentation for all information provided on the I-134.

Yodrak

My co-sponsor has filled out a notarized copy of the I-134, attachment OF-167 (Sponsor's finacial responsibility under SSA), and a U.S. individual income tax return. Is this all that is necessary from the co-sponsor?

there now you got a reply from a person who DOES know

so listen to that advice from YODRAK

and get all that evidence they ask for

I know that the embassy in Peru asked me to send my last 3 years of tax forms before issuing a visa

so I think Yodrak does give great advice

submit exactly what the instructions ask for

Maybe the guides and Visa Journey are not clear for you yet, let me explain you:

The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the

US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide

supporting documentation.

This means: Whatever documents the sponsor needs will be the same for the co-sponsor:

you will need to present at least two of the following:

*Letter from the employer

Basically, your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name, last name) has been employed

full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an

annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company

letterhead

*Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial institutions where you have deposits, identifying the following details regarding your account:

1. Date account opened;2. Total amount deposited for the past year;3. Present balance.

*Tax transcripts (some embassies require the 3 latest ones and others just the latest one)

I dnt know why you think is silly to tell someone to :guides: when is everywhere here in VJ, right now while i am typing this i can see a huge sign saying:

Please consider reading the FAQ's and Guides before posting. :guides:

hey listen boy or girl

this wasnt my question, all i was trying to do was help out, so it would be better if i did not have to read some crabby ### trying to bring me down, why you just didnt write what you said in your 2nd post the first time, who knows? just to be a crabby #######, maybe, i hope not. but i am through this process and just trying to help out, so I guess I DID UNDERSTAND how it works, and really would rather you crabby people quiet out for a bit or just try to help if you need to be loud.

If you were just trying to help, why you just didnt do it? instead of make and indirect quote of my post??? Do you think telling someone to :guides: is not a way to help them out?? Then i guess the Administrator and all the people who have made the same suggestion just wrote it to be crabby b%$@!$.

And about this:

there now you got a reply from a person who DOES know

that is not a way to bring someone down??

Next time just focus on helping out!!!
