The process is the same.   If the couple is married for 2 years or more on the date the new immigrant enters the US, then the classification will be IR-1 (10 year Green Card).  If less than 2 years of marriage upon entery to the US, then the classification will be CR-1, conditional resident.....requiring removal of conditions in 2 years.

Sounds CR to me!

OP, CR is Conditional Resident.  You will need to file ROC in order to get the 10 year green card (2 years after POE).  IR is Immediate Relative.  After 2 years of marriage, the spouse will get a 10 year green card at first POE and no ROC filing would be required.  It is all based on how long you are married when you make POE.

Congratulations!!!  Speaking from experience, I really love waiting with a wife rather than a fiancée. We are still at NVC but we are hoping to hear case complete this week.

Did you file yet?  Hopefully you get Potomac. We got petition approval in 4 months compared to last years K-1 that took 10 months.

No have not filed yet 2 months off to get approved and get married killed me financially plus the cost of the marriage having it rushed before i had to leave back to the states. After marriage i had to leave exactly 7 days later.

Did you use rapidvisa for cr1 and if so may i ask the price difference from k1 to cr1 or if you did all paper work yourself?

CR-1 is cheaper. After RapidVisa caused our denial I did CR-1 on my own. I’ve done a lot of research since then...  here is some of it!

K-1 Fees

$535 - USCIS Filing Fee

$265 per person - DS-160 (Visa Application)

$200 to $400 - Medical Fee

$1,225 per person - AOS Fee (Includes EAD/AP if filed together)

$750 per child under 14

$680 per person - ROC Fee

$640 per person Naturalization Fee

$85 per person Biometric Fee for Naturalization

$3,430 plus medical (K-1)

$2,895 plus medical (K-2 over 14 years old)

$2,420 plus medical (K-2 14 years old and younger)

CR-1 Fees

$535 - USCIS Filing Fee

$120 - Affidavit of Support Fee

$325 - DS-260 (Visa Application)

$200 to $400 - Medical Fee

$220 - USCIS Immigrant Fee

$680 - ROC (if married less than 2 years at POE)

$640 per person Naturalization Fee

$85 per person Biometric Fee for Naturalization

$2,605 plus medical (per person if married less than 2 years at POE)

$1,925 plus medical (per person if married more than 2 years when filing)

The $1225 for AOS would be the big hit for the K-1. I had 2 K-2s so the price was higher for us.

Your timeline shows you were married on 2018-02-14

Marriage : 2018-02-14

Also, it strikes me strange that you're a Gold Member on VJ but unsure of filing CR-1 or IR-1. In any event, the petitioner files an i-130 which is then determined by the consulate after approval to issue a CR-1 conditional visa based on marriage under 2yrs or an IR-1 visa based on marriage over 2yrs.

No i was not married on 2-14-2018 i was married 3-15-19 in antique western visayas, and as for being a gold member i joined site in 2017 if i believe right when we was starting the K1 process but there was medical problems with her so we just let it expire to do the marriage routine and go the Cr1 route instead. The marriage that was listed we expected to be done if we was to be done with the K1 process but did not happen.
