Some embassies will post "ready" when the electronic version arrives before the paper copy. Have you used the DHL tracker in the PDF to track your package? That will give you the definitive answer if the paper copy is their. If it is you are ready for the next steps.

SO when I put my tracking in nothing comes up  I'm using EXP 25 JUN 2019A   and nothing comes up. She was going to call the embassy tomorrow morning should we wait?

The instructions in the PDF states that it may take up to 24 hours for the two systems to sync. Some have found their information right away others within 24-48 hours. Keep trying throughout today and tomorrow. It's not an exact science but most eventually will see their shipment information.

The question I want to ask is more for a regional subforum, but I didn't get an answer there. It looks like there are no active VJ members from Belarus here atm. So, all my hope lies with @Greenbaum the almighty :)

I saw this when choosing delivery options: Please note that to collect your passport at one of the TNT office or from the courier, you must present an original, government-issued photo ID.

The problem is that the only government-issued photo ID I've got is my passport. Has anyone had to deal with this problem? Is there a way to pick up a passport without an original, government-issued photo ID?

Hi, my case shows in transit and I think my date is 25th June so I used the same reference as @Moman327 has.

At first nothing was coming up yesterday but now I can see this screen (attached)

The PDF file mentions that once we have the waybill we can sign up for alerts to be text to us.

This may be a really silly question and I’m sorry if its been asked a ton before, but how do I know for certain that my case is actually on this shipment and that it has arrived as the screen below suggests? Nothing on that screen indicates my case number or anything like that. I put the date of the 25th as that was the date on the email attachment I received saying they were forwarding my case.

I didn’t expect this part to be going so quickly so I haven’t had any time to research this as much as I would have liked so Im finding this stage a little confusing.

I hope this makes sense and someone can explain it in a simple way for me, currently experiencing a lot of brain fog due to health stuff.

Thank you ❤️

If CEAC status says your case is 'In transit' you can assume it's in that shipment. Should change to 'Ready' status once it's been processed by the Embassy, as I understand.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply! 🙂 I’m obviously just over thinking things because I was surprised it has seemingly arrived so quickly (if I’m reading the screen shot correctly) as it only appeared in transit today.  I don’t think I have quite understood or read correctly about this stage as I thought it would take quite some weeks to ship. But now that makes sense that it will change to ready once processed and this is where it will likely take some weeks for anything else to happen.

My head is spinning a bit at how quickly this is going. I’m feeling so grateful as I know so many others have waited 3-4 times this long for any progress at all. I kept my expectations to only receive my NOA2 around September at best case scenario so this is truly amazing!

Thanks again and best of luck to you! 🙂🌈

Yes, it's all happening so fast! We had expected to be waiting longer so I've got a trip to the US booked, having to book my London medical and interview around that 😆 I'm checking CEAC status a couple of times a day to see if it switched from 'In transit' to 'Ready' yet, even though it could very well be next week that they get to processing them.

Good luck to you as well 😎

Good morning guys ... I want to ask you something, me and my boyfriend we did process with a lawyer because at first we did not know what the process was like, as it turns out that I was approved and my house is ready to schedule an interview and I am  It's strange that the paralegal of the lawyer has not told my boyfriend of the $ 265 fee that he has to pay for the visa, and he calls her and asks her what moment it is that I'm going to do that, because she tells him that  I already finished filling out the DS160 form and when she sent the DS160 it has to wait three to five days for me to be assigned an appointment and what the 265 dollars are paid after my appointment, which I told him  to him, that she was very wrong because my country Dominican Republic is ourselves that we filled the form DS160 and then we paid the tariff to the Popular bank or with online credit card then we went to another page to assign the appointment to go to take the  traces and  to go to the consulate, then I wrote to her via e-mail and I told her what is happening and what she does is that she gets offended and tells me to let her do her job, I'm very angry, my boyfriend does not know  what to do because he already paid money to the lawyers and does not know what to do if I wait to be assigned the appointment they say (what will never happen) I want to know if I fill a new form and I schedule my appointment will not bring problem to the process  , because they already filled out the form.  Sorry for the long text

A passport is a government issued photo ID and can be used for this purpose unless otherwise stated.

The website will only accept one payment and if you have already paid the fee and scheduled the interview then there are no worries. She doesn't send a DS-160 form, it's done online. You can do it yourself. I highly recommend that you go on line and create a new DS-160 using your personal information. There is no cost and you can create as many DS-160 form that you want. Be sure to bring the confirmation page with barcode to the interview as the CO will ask for it.

This is why I don't advocate using a lawyer because most often they cause problems. The best thing you can do is FIRE her and complete the work yourself. Besides you are almost to the finish line and many of us are here to help you.
