but i guess these are the cases that got approved in march-april...not the one approve in May right?

hello... anyone there??? USCIS just informed me that it can take upto 90 days for them to send your case to NVC... heart attack, stroke, coma.... flat lined.... devastated with that info... my wedding is scheduled for June 14th... everything paid for... invitations sent out... i am literally devastated... going to cancel everything now.... will have to wait until USCIS decides to send case to NVC.... I just want to cry...hopeless

Honestly in the best of case I doubt you have a visa in hand before June 14. I'm sorry. Uscis could send the case quickly, but you would still have to schedule an interview. Maybe you can try a request expedite.

I  thought it would take weeks for them to mail the NOA2 hard copy... i got it in 3 days... will keep my finger crossed... miracles do happen lol

my case was approved on the 9th and I got the letter today...

So sorry to hear this, it must be so frustrating. With the nature of this visa it's impossible to plan ahead and know exactly when each stage of the process will happen, which can be really tough when all you want to do is make exciting plans like everyone else getting married. I would also agree with the above and see if anything can be done to speed up the process for you.

i did ask, today when I called.... they said no! maybe if I call NVC...

No my statement is directed at EVERYONE who was approved (NOA2)  and joined this thread May approvals included.

I am curious though, your post stated that the shipment is going out May 14th, but the doc that Greenbaum posted stated below. Which is correct?

That's  why they tell you NOT to plan anything until your visa is in hand. There are just  to many things  (variables) that can happen or go wrong. Sorry for disappointment.

If Im not mistaken it's the 14th tomorrow.
