you are absolutely right.....no one is complaining... we are sharing our experiences.... i dont know why some people get annoyed by others comments...... this is supposed to be a support system...not people judging or critcizing.... if you dont like to read others people experiences, despair......please just dont read it or refrain from replying in a very unpleasant way........ and YYEEEESSSSSSSSSS i am desparate here.... we all have real personal problems........ so we dont need you criticizing....

@Liddy92 you go girl....... you are right!!!

Please don't pay attention to the negative comments. Being blase yields rewards. VJ it is supposed to be a supporting group, and it is to some extend but at times some people get frustrating with those who may have a harder time going thru this process. I for example work 2 jobs plus I am going to school, than I was sick for a while. My schedule is super chaotic and I don't always have time to come here and read every single comment, more so English is my second language and there are times I do not understand some info. I am sure you, and me and everybody else here wants to do things right because our futures are in the game, and yes sometimes we do lose control, or asking a million questions, but we are humans and it is ok at times to feel down or depressed.

Despite all this ( mentioned above) ultimately I found this site very helpful. And I am thankful to every single person here who helped and continue to help people here including me to go thru this. I met some great people on VJ.

I understand your pain, but remember it will be over soon. And when it will be over you will feel that it was worth it.

Peace !

I don't think he is mean.

He tell things the way it is like others who have been here longer than us, never sugarcoated anything. He's been a tremendous help. Some people might take offense on how he say things but to me, I need to hear the truth however disappointing it may be. It's better to be corrected now than make a mistake in the future that will cost a lot of $$ and precious time.

In life, it is better to be proactive than being reactive to anything that's being said.

I have respect to you both and may God bless you on your K1 journey🙂

there is a difference between being honest, upfront and not sugar coating.... but being arrogant and mean is another level....

I am taking no sides in this, we are all here to help each other.  Just like family we may not always see eye to eye and we may have disagreements, but we are all here to help.

So with that said can we all agree to move on.

I def agree with u but there are always nice and cool ways to say things.

Not taking sides either or agreeing to things but Someone was once rude to me on here too bc of something but I have moved on. All I am trying to say is we are all here for almost the same reasons and should be very supportive and accommodating not rude/blacklist anyone.

Peace, Love & Positivity Always!

Come on now folks why would ANY of you lose hope? Has anyone here gone over 582 days or even 299 days ( mine and still waiting for an interview) has anyone waited that long? I think not so why would you lose hope or think negative? Let's be real here get your face up off the floor, you got this, we got this, things could be worst. All you can do is wait, wait and then wait some more until the day comes the sooner you realize that the better off you will be. Don't fight it trust the system that couple that just got approved after 582 days,  they had a simple case no marriages, no kids and look what it got them!!!! Tighten up folks dig in you'll be ok if you don't fall into that pit of despair!!!! Just some friendly advice, not trying to upset anyone just trying to get you back on track......YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!

Thanks for this boost of confidence and encouragement.  I'm sure you've helped but things in perspective for many.

My NOA2 is also 5/13. I called at 5pm EST and the rep stated that it arrived to the NVC in the morning of 6/5. No case number available yet though. ...Yours may have been arriving during the moments you called. The wait shouldn't be much longer :)

NVC has received my case today .....do you guys think it may be able to get processed to head out for next weeks shipment or is that too much wishful thinking thanks again to everyone

My case arrived to NVC today(6/5) as well. After looking at the most recent timeline trends, I think it's POSSIBLE for the case to make the 6/11 shipment, but I don't have my hopes up for that date. I feel realistic about making the 6/25 shipment.

Can any veterans of the process let me know, based on the fact I have received my case number from NVC (Monday 3rd June) when would I hear from the NVC to send them any of the docs they ask for like BC, PCC and whatever my country would require is there usually a general timeline regarding communication from NVC?

Thanks
