Compared to so may others - everything according to your timeline has happened "fast". Looking forward to your forthcoming updates!

I'm absolutely not judging your despair or many others (as I am included in this group and have waited for an eternity compared to you without having to come on to VJ and spam threads with my daily frustrations); I'm simply opining that it would be refreshing to see a little more empathy. Please put your individual experience into perspective in relation to others.

You are are also a February filer from this year and just got your NOA2. I am an OCTOBER 2017 filer and just received my NOA2 after 582 DAYS - as I am sure you saw when you were viewing my profile and timeline. With that being said, and if you are able to put things into perspective with a little affinity, you would know that my words are not a judgement,  rather an encouragement to practice PATIENCE.

582 day? I would have been you and I was crazy already.

We will! I’m expecting beginning to mid-July.

I’ve learned through the monstrous wait times to set lower expectations for my own sanity (but hope for the best!).

Hi, our Noa2 date is May 2. Still haven’t heard anything. We sent e-mail and have tried to call 2 days but can’t get through phone line. Just question, is it even necessary to try to call or anything like aren’t we anyway going to hear them soon by letter? Or e-mail? Just thinking can we just wait or should we keep calling, is it gonna make it any faster?😁

Calling will not speed up the process, people are calling so they can get a case number so they can track online.  Mine was dated May 13 and I call once a week.  Being able to track online help with knowing when it was sent to the embassy thus allowing you to set up appointments, like the interview.  Some countries allow you to set that up with just a case number.

But yes they will eventually let you know.

Give it time, there is no reason to worry or panic.  I would just call once a week and check it can take 6 weeks for them to get it and assign a case number.  Speaking to tier 2 and for that matter the president himself, there is nothing they can tell you until they receive the paperwork and assign a case number.

Just hang in there we are all in the same position of waiting.

you are absolutely right.....no one is complaining... we are sharing our experiences.... i dont know why some people get annoyed by others comments...... this is supposed to be a support system...not people judging or critcizing.... if you dont like to read others people experiences, despair......please just dont read it or refrain from replying in a very unpleasant way........ and YYEEEESSSSSSSSSS i am desparate here.... we all have real personal problems........ so we dont need you criticizing....

@Liddy92 you go girl....... you are right!!!

I am compassionate and caring or else I wouldn't be here sharing the information I know and have acquired.  Just because someone doesn't like the information presented doesn't mean it's not valid or relevant or helpful.  This is NOT a support group.  This a "Do It Yourself" website to help others through their immigration paperwork without the help of a lawyer or for pay service.  The fact that there is support here, is a benefit but it's not the purpose of the forum.

The CO will be judgmental because that's THEIR JOB.  Learn to deal with it or you will fail. The CO assumes the relationship is fake and your applying for the visa benefit only. If your standing in front of them and you have a "whoa is me attitude" you'll fail. It's your job to convince them otherwise with evidence of a genuine relationship. Put your big girl panties on and start preparing your future.

We deal with judgement from others in our personal life and online due to our decisions.  Such is life.  We just move forward and continue being ourselves.
