@Sarge2155 is a good student as well as a professor of what the process is. He read all 12 pages of this thread and he has reviewed the PDF file on the first post. Highly recommend that you increase your knowledge of what to do by following Sarges lead.

Every other week on Tuesday and Wednesday.  Next one is May 28 and 29.

Shipments are every two weeks on Tuesdays its simple to keep track of, so two weeks from May 28th is the next one (after this next one on the 28th). I know that because I read the threads and I have kept track!

Aww thank you for information 😊 I'll keep tracking

I guess we ain’t getting much out of the NVC tomorrow as it’s Memorial Day?...

Yep, and no USPS, no USCIS it is a Federal holiday. All non-essential Federal offices nationwide are closed for ten holidays per year, and this is one of them.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

"Si vis amari, ama" - Seneca

Tuesday and Wednesday of this week are big days for some as your case file may ship out to your embassy. Check CEAC for updated progress and look for "in transit"!! If that shows you are on your way. Shipments are throughout Tuesday and Wednesday so don't get discourage if your record at CEAC has not changed over to "in transit” until Wednesday late.

NOTE: The DHL hack information will not be available till Wednesday as the DHL and NVC computers must sync with each other to produce the outcome.

You have three stages 1) transit - shipment is in the air or soon will be, 2) received - physical case file is at the Embassy and 3) ready - your case is ready to schedule and complete your interview.  These will be your current state or status to your case file once you have received the case number. Once your record is set to "ready" you are ready to proceed in processing your next steps as listed in your P3 for your embassy.  I have most P3 if you hit me up with a request, I will post back the links.

Please don't screenshot and post your CEAC status as it just clutters up the thread. We all know what it looks like. Let us know your progress as we want to celebrate with you. Good luck.

Also, for those who want to have a little fun in tracking your shipment see the DHL hack on the first page of this thread NUMBER 19 in the instructions.

 Tracking your case file that's in transit to your Embassy. Go to http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html on this page you add your search information. You change the day and month to what you think your package might have left NVC or call NVC to get the date your package had left NVC in route to your Embassy then go to the DHL website and enter the following information:

NOTE: It will take 24 hours before the shipment will show any results using this hack. DHL and NVC will need time to update their systems.

EXAMPLE:

* Shipper´s Reference : EXP 24 MAR 2011A (This is the date you think it left NVC, just substitute the date and leave everything else as is)

* Date range for shipment - From: 23 - 03 - 2011

* Date range for shipment - To: 26 - 03 - 2011

Account Number - Leave this blank

Shipment Destination: Philippines (Works for any country Just replace your country where the Embassy is located using the drop down box).

Sign up for SMS tracking alerts on the DHL website.   Once you find your waybill, check for the "sign up for shipment notifications". When there are any changes to the shipment you will get a SMS message to your phone. How awesome is that!

I hope these tips help you along your Journey. So, let’s share our experiences, our tips and ask questions.

If you just want to post something to an individual without a quote then use the "@" sign then begin typing person's nik in the box snd at the end of the page, you should see it populate to a little window that you can choose their nik. Good luck and I hope this helps navigate the thread and posts in a much easier way.

Or, quote and because it's a long quote just earse everything but the first paragraph and if someone wants more information they can find the original post and read it.

Beneficiary, petitioner or lawyer if you have one. They need the petition reference number and be able to answer questions like names , birthdates etc

Find others from your country:
There are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them. Also, there is another place you can go and follow others who are processing the same time you are and for the same Embassy. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of this page and select "portals". Scroll down the left-hand side of the page till you get to VJ "your country's name" Timelines. Just below it you'll see "K-1" so you select it and out pops a window with others from your country.
