Did you mail them daily or just the once to update you on the case progress?

It only takes a single email to update your email.  This is a stopover that may not get a response.  Emailing daily is frivolous at best. At this juncture all you can do is wait your turn.

Congrats!!!

Still nothing for me. I called them yesterday and they haven't received mine. I will try again next week.

I called yesterday morning and they didn't have it, then got an email in the evening saying they did. You will get it soon, I have hope!

My fiance called them today for the first time. Nothing yet. We will call again next Friday. It's so difficult - no, utterly impossible - to concentrate on something else at this point, although we both understand it is the best thing we can do. Luckily, our understanding boss keeps us both quite busy with work 😁

Hi everyone.

So I was reading the step by step process for after receiving an NOA2 and section 5 sub section B says to get a letter from your employer on business stationary. Is it absolutely necessary to get a letter from the business stationary? Can I just get my manager to sign it and include a contact number? Because my employer doesn't have that kind of formal stationary and we don't have an in-house HR rep. She comes maybe sometimes every few months. Any help on this portion would be great. Also, my friend who did get a K1 said that for section 5 sub section A all he did was print out pdfs of his bank statements and his, now wife, got her k1. I asked about the employment letter as well and he says he doesn't remember but he thinks he didn't use any formal business stationary and just got a higher up to sign him a letter.

thanks everyone! and I hope you all have great success with your applications!

Plain paper with a original signature an contact information will in most cases suffice.  You only need to take a copy of the first page of your online statement that shows openung b as lance debits, deposits and month ending balance. Nost US banjs use this.

Hi guys, I've read somewhere that scanned copies of i134 and it's supporting documents would do okay. Is this true? Coz I initially thought that it should be the original signed copy.

The Philippines will except a copy. So scan your documents and send to the beneficiary whereupon they can print them locally for the interview. Some embassy's are not onboard with copies but require the original I-134 like the Philippines.
