The person that you responded to is a K-1 visa applicant so their process is going to be far different then your CR-1.

I meant I have not family in USA. If my fiance an Inmediate relative? should I answer yes?

The beneficiary (me) haven't Inmediate family, then, my question is: is the petitionary (American) considered as Inmediate family. The form says : means fiance

Yes you can list your fiance plus any family you may have. Here are some additional information with instructions how to fill out the form.

It takes about 4 weeks then anoth 5 to 10 business days to assign a case number.  You're way to early but your mileage may vary.

NVC told me the same thing, that it could take Nvc up to 60 days to assign the case #. However from reading this blog I found out that the processing time to assign the case # is 11 days from the time NVC received your case from NOA2. The first time I called when they told me that it would take 60 days they gave me the date that NVC received my case. I called 11 days later and got my case # and invoice id#. NVC told me that the case had not been sent to the Manila embassy yet but I would be notified when it has been sent by email to both me the petitioner and my beneficiary. I gave them her email address. Now I just need to figure out how to pay the fee and get my fiance to fill out the DS-160 form.

My NOA2 date is may 2 and the dang case hasn't arrived yet to the NVC. 🙄

2 to 4 weeks from USCIS TO NVC. It explains it in the pdf file from the first page first post.  Tips, tricks and hacks to help you and to answer those questions, like the one you just ask, that we know people will ask so we put in a pdf so people will not ask the same question over and over.
