Congratulations!!!  It's so exciting to see the approvals rolling in.  

 

My NOA1 date is 5/13.  VJ estimates that I will get adjudicated some time next week.  I'm traveling on Wednesday.  I am praying to get my NOA2 on Monday so IF there is something that I need to address I can do so before Wednesday.

I suggest, clear an area about 10’x10’ of all valuable breakable items! So as when you receive your NOA2 and you start doing the “happy dance” nothing gets broken!

The NOA2 is just a "recipt" that you have been approved.  It does not instruct you to do anything. So have a worry less trip.

WE'RE APPROVED!!!!!  I could not wait to sign on and tell my VJ crew.

 

I just got a notification from the case tracker application.  So now I am just awaiting the letter.

 

We're beside ourselves with joy.  

Okay so what's next (i know the answer but too excited to think 😂)?  Wait for the letter, then contact NVC to update my email address correct?

LOL try to calm down lol head on over to July August K1 NOA2 To NVC thread  read first post and .pdf then send that email  to NVC congratulations.

NOA1 was on 14 May. I checked the UCIS website and saw that our petition was approved 7 Aug!

I have a weird question for the immigration gurus here...

 

I received a RFE on August 7, and am waiting for it to arrive by mail. I plan to go visit my fiancé in China in September, so I have to get a Chinese tourist visa...

 

the problem is, I have used all of my pages in my passport, so in order to get the visa I need to renew my passport. Will this cause any problems with the K1 process if I get a new passport? Do I need to submit something to USCIS about the new passport?

Btw, I am the petitioner. So the petitioner needs to renew passports to go visit the beneficiary in China. Will this cause problems?

No problems.  Just give the beneficiary your new passport number to update your case at the interview.
