Hey guys....  Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee here...  Moved out here to NM a year and a half ago.... Quick question.  You commented that you suspected her birth certificate was likely the issue.  Are you aware of someone getting an RFE for using a copy of their passport as proof of citizenship?  The reason that I am asking is that that is exactly what I used and now I'm a little concerned that I may be up for an RFE myself.  I would appreciate you sharing any information you might have on the subject.

You asked this question in another thread whereby many "experts" that have been helping others for years and have been very reputable with their answers, provided you with some current advice. If it were me I take the word of someone who has had replied to some 9,000 questions over someone listed as a "newbie". It's your dime so spend it where you want to.

Sorry I am not a betting man. I'd recommend that you wait for the RFE to arrive and then evaluate your options and if you need help were here for you. REF letters are very intuitive and will explain everything they are looking for. But, don't get any ideas that you should expand up what they are looking for and send more as this only gets you into trouble. Let us know what it is.
