People please don't get to overly worked up about USCIS sites. They update for some people and some people they don't  work for. The sites are only as good as your adjudicator, as the person adjudicating your case is responsible to update the site. I've been approved  since March and both sites STILL show case received. IMO the sites are garbage as they have NEVER worked for me. But like I said some people swear by them. YMMV

Hope you don’t mind me asking a slightly off-topic question, but my fiancé (USC petitioner) is moving houses right around the time we’re hoping to receive our NOA2. If there is a mix up during the mailing address change and we don’t get the physical copy is it a big problem? I’m assuming it just moves on to NVC and processes as normal, just curious if there any extra info we’d need from the physical NOA2. Thanks in advance!

I assume he would have to put in a change of address with USCIS and the post office. Go to the USCIS website they address change of addresses there.

Hey guys....   I've been watching this forum as our NOA1 is May 9.  I am anxiously awaiting for a possible response sometime next week based upon other's experiences thus far (congratulations Gina & David).  I have been looking over my 129-F with nervous anticipation scared to death that we might get an RFE as opposed to a NOA2 when I came across a troubling piece of information.  Question 62.a. asks for the city where my beneficiary will apply for a visa.  At the time, I was not aware that she would NOT be able to go to the U.S. Consulate in Tijuana so I put "Tijuana" as the answer.  Of course now, thanks to this site, I realize that ALL K1 visas in Mexico are processed through Juarez.  Do you think I may be looking to get an RFE simply because I was naive at the time I submitted the application?

Your file will be sent to the closes and or where they have a operating (Venezuela is a troubling embassy right now as an example so those folks are being directed somewhere else) embassy and they use your address you used on the I-129f. Relax, an RFE is not the end of the world and nor is it a DENIAL. It's an opportunity correct an error by submitting additional documentation. Simple!

In your case you file will be going to Juarez since that is the only embassy in Mexico that are processing visa's.

Crossing my finger and toes! Hopefully!! How about you?

I sent in my first packet April 27 and was rejected due to check being not in good order (NIGO). I resent in and NOA bears a June date. So I guess we are now June priority date. We probably won't get our NOA2 until September. We actually are not in any hurry as we already our multiple trips planned until past that date to travel together. Keep us posted!
