Hello!  We should start to see more approvals in this thread in the coming weeks *fingers crossed*.  I am finalizing my I-134 document and want to make sure I answered two questions in Part #3 question correctly.  There is a question that states: "i have previously submitted affidavit of support for the following person".  Are they referring to someone other than the current beneficiary?

Also, in the same part (Part #3) the next question states: "I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons".  Are they referring to the current beneficiary?

Thanks for your guidance.

I can’t recall which is the old and which is new, but these are the two different sites:

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/

From what I can tell it’s a mystery as to which will update first, if at all.

People please don't get to overly worked up about USCIS sites. They update for some people and some people they don't  work for. The sites are only as good as your adjudicator, as the person adjudicating your case is responsible to update the site. I've been approved  since March and both sites STILL show case received. IMO the sites are garbage as they have NEVER worked for me. But like I said some people swear by them. YMMV
