Hello Dutchies!

I am keeping a very close eye on the timelines of the Dutch VJ Members but they are not always fully filled in so I would like to know more specifically how the timeframe was for you from the moment of CC at NVC.

How much time was between CC and the actual date of the interview for you?

Our documents were uploaded in CEAC on April 26th. NVC states on their website that they are currently reviewing documents that were received on April 4th so I guess it will be somewhere in the second half of May until they start reviewing our documents. If I add another 3 weeks for the reviewing (and not anticipating an RFE..) I expect that we will receive CC in the first week of June and my interview in July, based on the timelines of the Dutch where applicants had their interview a month after CC. Is that a realistic timeframe expectation in your view? Or am I being totally unrealistic?

Looking forward to seeing your past experiences!

Hoi Daphne

I am not sure but a GC takes between 17 months to 2 years from the moment you applied.

I applied in Dec/18 for AOS, I-130 EAD

Had my biometrics in January 2019 and have not heard anything. The USCIS tracker states they received my case and finger print fee received.

Thank you for your reply but this was not my question. We filed for CR1 so I will not need AOS or EAD. I will however need to do ROC after 2 years.

I was wondering how long the time is between Case Closed (CC) and the interview at the Amsterdam consulate.
