so what would be the chances for me to get visa?

I will say the only sure way to know your chances is to apply for the F-1 visa and find out. But if I'm to guess, I will say your chances are 0% but it's just a guess. Again, sure way to find out is to apply and find out for yourself.

University of Farmington was a sting operation by ICE. They advertised CPT from day 1 to lure in students who just want to work. The operation was in 2015 but was only disclosed publicly earlier this year.

OP, I am quite sure will get a heck of a scrutiny from the CO and probably will not get another student visa.

Like other posters here have said, I don’t believe you applied to actually study but to extend your time in the USA.

You can always try and apply for another visa since it doesn’t hurt to but if I was USCIS I would not issue you one in a million years.

From an article I’ve read about the university of Farmington sting:

“According to the prosecutors, the students enrolled in the university solely to maintain their student-visa status and lengthen their stay in the U.S., despite being aware "that they would not attend any actual classes, earn credits or make academic progress towards an actual degree."

Very slim chance of getting another visa. You already have one Master’s degree from US and by enrolling in a fake university, you have already proved to them that you are not serious about this second master’s thing in terms of getting education. You may say you didn’t know but from their perspective anyone enrolling in Master’s degree while planning to spend tens of thousands of dollars would’t just go to a unknown university without first researching it.

Buy hey you may be the lucky one to get it. Doesn’t hurt to apply. If they approve you, you are lucky.

Probably a lot would depend if this is a known reputable Uni or a unknown scam one.

What would be the point of USCIS going to the trouble of opening a fake university to sting people who want to abuse the student visa process and then allow these same students to be approved when making an application through a legitimate university? I'm not trying to browbeat the OP here. I just want to know what the true purpose of the fake university was. Seems like a lot of expense the USCIS is incurring to simply teach applicants to do it the right way.

did you come and try to find a university and then go home?

or wait for ICE to tell you?

Just be glad you aren't one of the 161 foreigners arrested which included 129 from India

now, you need to find out if you have a bar

if not,   apply to a university with creditations and they will help with the visa

i wouldn't try it alone

Who was being prosecuted and for what? Can you link the article you mention?

Does mitigate against a future visa if a student knowingly enrolled at an institution like that imo.

Just how many masters do you need? Why the need for second (or third)? Are they in the same field?

Or just a ploy to stay in the US and work?

While some students may be totally innocent, it seems majority of students knew they don’t need to attend classes at all and will get CPT on day 1. That seems to be the main reason for arrest, knowingly enrolling in a school with no classes but just for the work permit.

i came with another university visa after i completed my first masters i joined this university. at the time of join i didnt know about this.

Come on, students knew this was a visa mill school.

A number of those charged seem to belong to Telugu-speaking region of south India. A decent bit of fraud emanates from andhra/telangana area.
