Hi guys!

am filling I130 for my widowed mother, I wanted to ask you guys if I have to send my mother marriage certificate with the Form, I know they need my birth certificate. or you could please mention the check list for the I130 (parents). THANK YOU!

No. The instructions for the I130... available on the USCIS website alongside the I130 form, states that the document required to demonstrate the relationship for mother is your birth certificate .. showing both your name and her name

eventually for the process,  Morocco applicants need more

they will ask for her birth cerificate (it expires 90 days so get it when they ask) and her husband's death certificate

 

you may get RFE from USCIS for these documents / la mochkila/ do not panic
