I'm waiting for the interview email as well.. 

I wanna ask you is the PD just for the GC holders or for all ? If it's for all how can I know which PD are they processing now ?

CC on April 15th.

It actually depends on which category you are in. You can check the current priority dates in this website https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2019/visa-bulletin-for-april-2019.html
