My mom and dad arrived November 7 as parents of US citizen.  My mom's green card arrived after 3 months, dad's card did not.

I keep trying to submit online request for non-delivery of green card using the receipt number starting with SRC or the one starting with IOE, and I keep getting this error below.  I am choosing correct form for I-90 and delivery of permanent resident card, correct?

The following error(s) need to be corrected:

  • You must select the Form Number associated to your Receipt Number. The Form Number you selected does not match our records for that Receipt Number.

Thanks, I actually had submitted an inquiry using the 0S155A option in early March and got a response on March 25th they they need to research further and it will take 90 days.  It did not seem like the adequate category and was worried I had submitted using the wrong option.  So we will just wait..

That's scary!  Mom and dad went together through the entire process, arrived together, I paid for their green card fees together, everything went smooth for mom.. their social security numbers both arrived, everything went smooth except dad's green card never showed up.

Contact one of your Federal State Senators and request assistance . They will initiate an enquiry into the  case ... there is s couple of papers you will need to complete. I had the same issue .. we arrived on IR5 Sep 2 ... his card arrived Oct 15 ,mine finally surfaced  March 2 the next  year
