Once the NVC receives our K-1 case do they contact the beneficiary or petitioner? Also, is this where we send all our required documents, including affidavit of support and supporting financial documents?

NVC emails the petitioner to let them know they sent the case to the beneficiaries embassy/consulate.

With K1, you take all the documents to the interview. You don't upload anything to NVC

If they have your email they send email.   If they don't have your email it comes via post

The email on file is my old work email that I no longer have access too. How can I call and get that changed?
