RFE for (Haiti) marriage certificate less than a year

Good morning everyone I'm starting another topic so Friday I was issued a RFE for my marriage certificate. I was just married Nov 24th 2018 less than a year. I sent in my certificate of registration of religious marriage with certified translation. We don't have the acte de marriage or extrait de marriage but we filed for one. On the letter it says if civil document is not yet available through national archives marriage less than 1yr the locally registered doc can be excepted. It has our names.place of marriage.date of marriage.and registrar information.

Has anyone experienced this before and will it be ok just to resend what I sent already. Sorry so ling but I'm confused I think. Thank you

My husband says you have to wait until the notebook has to be filled sent to the archives national before you do anything or go back to pastor that married and show them letter and having let you know why they gave the RFE to you. My husband asked if the pastor signed and he put the sealed of the church on your marriage certificate.... He says that could be a problem too and he says that religious marriages takes longer to get registered.

Thank you I just told my husband that we are to get the extrait next week i just hate that we are delayed but happy I'm on deck lol. Yes the pastor have his seal name and date of the church his signature twice one time by his seal and there is another seal that the national of archives stamped the approval of our marriage and the date they received it. Thank you again. It confuse me because the site says one thing but uscis paper said if i don't have it because it's less thana year then the registered certificate can be used i don't know

I forgot to mention my husband just sent me a screen shot of another paper that was signed by civil registrar saying when it went to the national archive
