Yes. Be simple and concise.  I do not see explanations are required as they just want to verify if a new marriage had happened before a divorce was legally finalized or (less probability) how long between a divorce and a marriage.

Thank you i got it🙂

Well my question is how can i write a professional note to us embassy pakistan to clear the current situation of dates of marriage and divorces as embassy email me for marriage and divorce timeline but there is an issue in court decree divorce date and marriage certificate divorce date how can i clear that situation or to explian to embassy or write a note whats the formit of note or letter did any one show me note or letter

1): did i write letter directly to counslar officer?

2): did i write letter to immigration viza unit US embassy islamabad pakistan

3): to whom i may concer please guide me thank you

It’s not up to you to “clear the situation”. You do seem to have possibly discovered why they asked for the timeline. All you can do is add both dates on the timeline indicating what “divorce”each refers to, and add copies of both documents (I assume there are documents for both? - not being from Pakistan I don’t know why there would be 2  ).

Also I wonder - did a new marriage take place before one of those divorce dates?

No the new marriage also take place after the court decree desion there is an diffrence in court divorce decsion and new marriage is of 8 months the court gives the decsion as per the decree is on 14- march-1998 and the new marriage take place on 15-November-1998

now the issue is court decree is perfect as per the date but the computerize divorce certificate of the divorce date is mention wrong as by the union counsil it is a clarical mistake done by the union counsil we diid noticed before now when the embassy requires timeline then we find the issue that there is issue in divorce certificate date but we are not correcting by our shelf uptill when embassy asked for it then we will go for the correction

If there is an error in the document I would NOT wait for the embassy to ask you to correct it.   You must make sure all documents are true, correct and in order it or it can cause more delays or a refusal.

Yes thank you i am working on it have contected the attorny in the US and discuss the situation lets see what to do now that how can i clarify the situtaion to the embassy to the clarical mistake on divorece certificate date there is a in court decree decsion and divorce certificate because when court give the decision we have to submit it in the embassy which we didn't submit and later when we submit it in the union counsil then union counsil work on it and it takes 3 month and then officially they give us divorce certificates on that date...

now how can we clarify the embassy that this is the 3 months union counsil processing time thats why there is a diffrence in date but our court decree is authentic documents and true we didn't speak any lie with the embassy thats why they have asked for the marriage and divorce timeline from us i am sooo

much tenssed and worried that how can we clarify this situation to the embassy should we write a note or a letter to embassy to clarify the situation ?

The point, though, is that documents have to be accurate to help in your case to be approved.  The clerical mistake on the divorce certificate should have been corrected before this stage (as you said you knew about the mistake a while back).

If you really don't want to correct it beforehand, I suppose you can try to at least submit *something* official/regulations/letter from the union counsel stating that this is normally how they handle processing/dating divorce certificates.   I don't know if a written explanation about counsel regulations will be enough.

Good that you are working with a lawyer.  Continue to consult him since he knows all the specifics of your case more than we on VJ do, and presumably knows best how to approach it with the consulate from experience.

Best of luck with how you decide to proceed.
