Like I have said before your case has a lot of confusion.   You have several marriages and divorces, your name on your birth certificate was changed to be in your step fathers name in which the embassy made you change it back.   I thought you mentioned before that your father was no longer living.   Now reading this and seeing more than one marriage between your Mother and step father with half siblings in between it is most likely causing confusion.   You need to have a clear timeline of all the marriages and divorces so the embassy can get a clear understanding of your current situation.  That simple.

Compile all marriage and divorce documents in order along with a cover letter listing all the dates from your mothers and step fathers first marriage to their now current marriage and listing everything in between.

The embassy has issues with Pakistani divorces.  I'm not sure why but at our interview they insisted that Pakistani's DO NOT divorce although I find more and more each day who do....

The most obvious reason for wanting a timeline of all marriages and divorces with supporting documentation is to ensure that each marriage was properly dissolved before the next was entered into, to confirm that each subsequent marriage was actually valid.

It may be best if you get DNA tests for everyone involved, so you can show the embassy that there is absolute proof of who is related to whom.

The embassy will only accept DNA tests that it has requested afaik.

the asking of the timeline rather than DNA makes me more wonder if the embassy thinks one marriage somewhere may have been invalid due to timing - which would then make all subsequent ones invalid, and thus mean current spouse and his child are not eligible derivatives.

I agree with you but we have done 2 time with DNA i think so embassy already knows who is related with whom but the think you saying about invalid due to timings now what should i do who to clarify this think to embassy should i make proper timeline on a plain page with proper mention all marriage and divorces of my mom as well as my stepfather marriges and divorce till the current marrige and attach all the supporting documents photocopy because orignal is already submitted mention of photocopy with numbering 1 2 3 like that am i write plz help me how can i make timeline which they required now and send to the embassy waiting for your response thank you

Yes simple right a time line for each event they are requesting and attach the marriage and divorce documents for ALL marriages and divorces.  The cover page will be  a simple guide for all the dates for them to see with all the detail (marraige and divorce documents) for them to refer to.

Can plz anyone explian what they required from us we have already submitted divorce and marrige certificates now went the required from us we didn't get it

So because of my 3 name changes due to marriage/divorce and a simple name spelling mistake made on one of divorce documents, my husband put in a name change timeline in the cover letter when doing each of our family members different visa petitions.  With the timeline he noted the name spelling mistake.  Even if I looked at all my documents I could not make sense of it without some kind of roadmap.

So I am know USCIS has that timeline in my file because I saw it in my file at my AOS interview. Thus, they are finding it as valuable information.

My guess is if there is some discrepancy in the name change documents that USCIS is confused about, they would like clarification with the requested timeline from you.  So check your documents closely as you do the timeline as if there are any discrepancies by simple name misspellings,  note them on the timeline.

Ok thank you soooo much i got it what you are saying i have to make timeline about all marrige and divorces dates with names spelling am i right na?

So here is my example:

Timeline of Beneficiary name changes:

03/xx/197x

Irina Konxxxxx Eniaxxxx - Maiden Name

04/xx/199x

Irina Konxxxxx Devxxxxx -  Married to Aleksey Vikxxxxx Devxxxxx in Tarxxxxx, Russia

12/xx/199x

Irina Konxxxxx Devxxxxx (no name change) -  Divorced from Aleksey Vikxxxxx Devxxxxx in Tarxxxxx, Russia

(Note: This 199x divorce document mistakenly misspells Irina’s surname as “Deixxxxxx” upon dissolution of marriage)

10/xx/200x

Irina Konxxxxxx Gavxxxxxx - Married to Viktor Vasxxxxx Gavxxxxx in Tarxxxxx, Russia

07/xx/201x

Irina Konxxxxxx Devxxxxx -  Divorced from Viktor Vasxxxxx Gavxxxxx in Tarxxxxx, Russia

01/xx/201x

Irina Konxxxxx Murxxxxx -  Married to Randall Josxxxxx Murxxxxx in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA

We used the American style of MM/DD/YEAR
