They want you to put onto paper a list of marriage, divorce etc , and dates of these events in order .. from earliest to most recent and to attach to that document every certificate that refers to those events

Why they have asked for this when you have already submitted documents is a question for which we do not know the answer

You need to supply exactly what they request

No official form.

Take a sheet of paper and type it or write it out. Attach the documents they ask for. It’s not going to help trying to work out why they want more of the certificates. You need to respond to their request with exactly what they ask. I know it’s confusing, but it’s the only way it will move forward

If you are applying for a spouse visa you should have one more marriage event than divorces and matching documents

If you are applying for a fiancé visa you will have the same number of marriage events and certificates as divorce events and documents.

Your document need look no more complicated than this ...

January 13 2009 marriage to XY

                marriage certificate attached

December 18 2014 divorced from XY.           Divorce certificate attached

February 20 2017 marriage to TD

               marriage certificate attached

Please give me the following information

Are you the primary immigrant of the f3 visa ?

At what stage  is your application ?

initial filing with the USCIS  using the I130.      or has it progressed to the NVC because your priority date is now current

or is it now at the embassy getting ready for your interview?

Ok. Thx. That helps me. It is not uncommon for there to be some further request after the interview. The interview is about you as the visa applicant .. not about the petitioner. So I’m wondering if they are asking about YOUR marriage divorce timeline ? That would make sense to me but I’m not sure

can you email the IV Unit of the Consulate .. Immigrant Visa Unit .. and ask for clarification .. do they want the marriage divorce timeline for you the beneficiary or your mother as the petitioner

It must be very frustrating as  you have waited so long for this to happen .. sorry I can’t help much more .. but I think it is worthwhile contacting the consulate for clarification

I really think that the only way you can be certain is to ask the Consulate   who they want the timeline for.  They may want a separate timeline for each person on the visa application who is or has been married  If that is what they want then you do a timeline for your mother and a separate timeline for your father. .. assuming  and your siblings are not married. If it’s just  from your mother then you don’t try to include your stepfathers divorce ., only his marriage to your mother

I don’t think I can help you further .. sorry .
