* Moved from Tourist Visas to MENA regional forum. Question is not about a US tourist visa. *

Edit: Deleted my original comments -  The OP is asking about visiting Pakistan, not visiting the US.

Pakistan is South Asia not MENA.

Can you guide me step by step please

As the poster above stated above its pretty straight forward.   You get the rupee stamped paper add your wording and have it attested.

My first VISA to Pakistan I needed a letter it granted me 1 year single entry visit.  I had to register with authorities upon arrival and was not allowed in the CANT areas.   My second visa I did not need the invitation letter I used my marriage docs instead which granted me a 5 year visa, multiple entry, I do not need to register and have no restrictions.

Thank you for the feedback...I literally Googled what it would be considered a few different ways and somehow got 3 different answers. 🤷‍♂️

I also found Pakistan-specific threads in both the "Asia: South" and MENA forums here, including those those from Pakistani beneficiaries.

Mine was attested by an Advocate of High Court Notary Public.

We never supplied proof of employment and bank statements and the only thing we have ever had attested by the office of foreign affairs was my husbands divorce documents.

Sure thing....I notice lots of confusion on here.  I think because they are an Islamic state but Pakistan was once part of India and is in the continent if Asia.

The stamped paper you get from the courthouse is what we used.

So she has never been to Pakistan before?

I don't know what importance it holds if she is paying.

My letter was written on 100 rupees stamped paper.  It says Affidavit of support my husband (then fiancé) wrote His name, CNIC, passport address and his place of work.  He then added he was inviting me to meet his family he added my full name, passport number.  He stated he would be bearing all responsibility for my trip and will pay all expenses during my stay and he listed the dates.  It was then notarized and attested by an advocate high court member.

If you stop by the court house I'm sure someone there can guide you.

OP, are you of Pakistani origin?  If so, the process is much simpler and no letter of invitation is needed.  You just need to submit some type of proof that you are of Pakistani origin (parent's passports, school docs, etc)

How long have you been married?

If you have been married five years, you may be eligibile for a POC card (functions like a CNIC/NICOP, but it does not provide citizenship.  More like permanent residency).
