What is THP?

Thippies/thippers/THP = Texas Highway Patrol in their poo-brown uniforms and heavily-used books of tickets.

Those a$$wipes once claimed to have clocked me at nearly 90mph. I tried to explain to the guy that it was a 1987 Plymouth Sundance with a .9 liter engine filled with 87 octane...it won't GO 90mph. It was like a riding mower with doors. He wrote me a ticket anyway. I was going maybe 70-75. :ranting: :ranting: :ranting: :ranting: :ranting:
