Found the problem after several days and many unanswered calls. I had to use my USA address (parents) for the petitioner part instead of my Filipino address since she is going to the USA. Strange because I lived in the Philippines for 2 years.

That for sure would mess up the process.  CFO is a Philippine program ..

Did not want to start a new thread. On the section that ask if you have any current children together. Should the child from my previous marriage be there? I did not place my daughter there because in my mind, my daughter did not come from my current marriage, but my previous one. My wife doesn't have children of her own.

Romans 8:28 - And we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.

Interpret literally.  "Do you have children TOGETHER ?"

YMMV

I ask the question because technically when you are married, the child is adopted unofficially by the new spouse. So technically you do have a child together. Because the two are raising the child "together." However, in this case, I am thinking they mean biological children. It is why I wanted to make sure.

Answer is NO.

Technically the child is not unofficially adopted ... whatever "unofficially" is.        The child is your wife's step-child   you may want to look into official adoption once back in the USA ;)

No.  You are not interpreting literally.   Together means exactly what it means and should not be confused by step children

YMMV

Thanks for the answers! Yes I say unofficial because in my mind step-children are adopted by the new spouse. They have to be or a rift in the marriage takes place. Officially of course the step-child is not legally adopted. Anyway, it is an option we have to probably do, even here in the Philippines eventually.

I understand what you are saying about mindset of the new "parent" should be shown proper respect and consideration with caring for the child .. that is an area that can become a landmine for sure.

You only have to complete the adoption in the states, don't need to complete it in the Phils also.

Hi! This may be out of topic but, can we bring cellphones inside the US Embassy?

NO.    No electronic of any type.     If a USC you can enter through a different door than the visa applicant and they will store your phone for you

Hi mr. Hank! I just have a question.

Had my interview on May 29 and got approved, they kept my passport and didn’t ask for other documents so I constantly checking on ceac for my visa status the following days.

Status is on AP and just now I can’t get through the immigrant section so I tried the non immigrant section and it went through though still on AP status.

My question is, is it posible that the date shown is not updated? Today is June 6, and the status said last updated on June 3.

I’m confused lol. Thanks in advance!

Every time someone touches the case file the date is updated.

If it has moved to non-immigrant you are closer to seeing ISSUED!  :)

The CFO websites have been updated to new URLs and there is no longer a link to a registration form.

There are links for appointment registration for each location, that appears to be the only online information you can complete.  Any other forms will be completed at the CFO office you choose.
