Good day people so getting married tommorow cant wait .so I just printed our forms for aos and I looked threw them like dates and om the i-131 form the expiery date says 12/31/2018 I taught you can only submit forms that have the up to date expiry date this is last year also it dose not have the barcode and the bottom of the form any advice welcomed and appreciated have a great day every one  .

You use the most recent one on their website, but that doesn't seem to be it. The most recent one has an expiration of 06/30/19.

Just reread... what are you getting I-131 for? If you're here on a K1 visa looking to adjust status after marriage, you need to use i-485.

Just reread... what are you getting I-131 for? If you're here on a K1 visa looking to adjust status after marriage, you need to use i-485.

The I-131 is the travel document. Needed if the person wants to leave the country while AOS is being processed.

People adjusting status from K1 have to apply for I-485, I-131( travel permit) and I-765 ( work permit).

That form edition is the latest one, so you can use that one regardless of the printed expiry date.

Oh right, sorry was confusing it with i-130. The 12/31/2018 is the most recent on their website so it's accepted by USCIS until they release an updated one.
