Dose anyone have an example of a letter written to the USCIS explaining to them why meetme will not respond to the emails if people asking if they comply or don't comply with the IMBRA?

Someone just asked about this same thing for MeetMe earlier haha.

 

You should be able to simply get onto their site and find their TOS (which should be readily available to you) and download/print it off and just send it with the I-129f.

What are you trying to proof?  That the way you both met (online) does not fall within the IMBRA parameters?

I might be a little OCD about my information.  Haha!  I did include the TOS, but I also included a personal letter written by me indicating how we met  (not necessarily the same as the story in the I-129F but to show it was a voluntary non-paid interaction) and how the online platform does not fall within IMBRA.

One may also be required to show that they did not meet through an IMB, and therefore it is not subject to IMBRA requirements for information disclosure beforehand.

 

USCIS certainly does check if one met through an IMB, and may or may not request evidence to support that the website is not subject to IMBRA requirements.

How did you respond to that RFE?  Okcupid is obviously not a site that would be subject to any IMBRA regulation

I provided an email from their support team stating that they are not an IMB. I also included the TOS from their website.

One can also include their first chat messages, although I no longer had this.

 

USCIS approved the petition promptly.
