Dear Sabine

Please submit a copy of your approved/ processed form I-407 to our office prior to your interview appointment. ATTENTION: Applicants petitioning for returning resident status (SB1) should not submit form I-407 to USCIS; please keep your green card and bring it with you to the SB1 interview.

I am a bit confused now...

I get the tax return even though we provided plenty of other proof of income for the I-134.

But:

I thought my medical was sent to the consulate directly and you can even schedule an interview before the medical or at the same day (just have a longer wait time after)

my medical appointment is May 8th in Munich. (Earliest appointment available)

Also:

I did paid the fee last night via the ustraveldocs website and got the note I’ll receive an email when I can schedule my interview. So that may have overlapped

And:

what do they mean with appointment confirmation sheet? Isn’t that what I get AFTER I schedule an appointment for the interview?

please anybody help?

Has anyone had that before?

thank you

sabine

**Post moved from K1 Process to Europe, for embassy specific assistance.

Did you submit IRS transcripts? Those can be requested online, for free, by the USC.

Did you have your medical done after you sent the documents?

Because all embassies deal with these things slightly differently than the others, I moved your post to the regional forums so that other people going through the German embassy can help you with precise information.
