You have the option to fill in and mail a paper form too. Try that !!

Have you tried using a different browser? Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge?

Have you tried using a different device?

Sure you are trying to submit each receipt number separately?

It works for me over here in GA🙋‍♀️ (I just tried again).

Sometimes a different device too .. old fashioned desktop or  laptop rather than phone or tablet  often works better

We used firefox and chrome in the PC. I filed multiforms and filed single form number but still show not correct sign as the picture I shared.🤦‍♀️

Hello,

I had the exact same pb and same error messave and I thought it was a pb with my application or something. Thanks forsharing.

I called and a representative could not change it on the Phone either.

It is most likely a problem on their website then.

In my case I already submitted my changeof address at the end of March and I was trying to redo it since and its been more than 30 days and it is still pending. So i thought maybe the system was blocking it.

Anyways I hope they fix it soon, you can always try to call and ask for their help to change or mail the form.

Good luck

I feel you because it is the stress I am going thru right now. They sent me a RFE but since my address wasnt updated properly I have to wait 15 days to get it faxed or ask for it to get mailed again.

I found a solution, just call and have them the change of address for the forms, they will give you a case number, and then you go online and when it asks you, Is this change of address for an application or petition currently in progress?, choose no and it will go through.

Since when you mail a change of address is just to complete a requirement by law no notify where are you living, and the part that they so over the phone is just for the forms for you to be able to receive communications from uscis.
