You're missing the form sub type for the I765 and I131?

When I input them it asks for a sub type like the I485.

We do not know either. when we filled it, it did not show sub type for those two. It was just goes direct to receipt number. Excuse me, when you filled it? or this is just new for me? by the way, thank you #K1visaHopeful

I just went on to the website before I answered and tried to troubleshoot for you. The sub type shows up for me. Maybe try deleting those receipt numbers for EAD/AP and start over?

Or delete all of them and start with I765/I131 instead?

Seems like a glitch.

Oh! I only put I-131, I-765 and I-485 not in order and all in once. You means I should put one form number and submit? Then it gonna be three times submit, right?

Yes. It will not take multiple items on one AR 11. One AR11 per pending  application

Oh really? I didnt know about that. I watched YouTube, they showed me to put form numbers and receipt numbers in once application as still pending. I never file it before and in the form has Option "add" , this is what I thought to put all of them in one form. Thank you!

You have the option to fill in and mail a paper form too. Try that !!

Have you tried using a different browser? Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge?

Have you tried using a different device?

Sure you are trying to submit each receipt number separately?

It works for me over here in GA🙋‍♀️ (I just tried again).
