I am filling to remove the conditions of my residency and i am not sure if i should write something specific on the envelope or not. Something such as, Petition for I-751 above the adress?? Please help!!

09/06/05 I-130 Approval Notice in the mail!

09/06/05 AOS Approval Notice in the mail!

09/06/05 GREENCARD received in the mail!

End of May or beggining of June 07 applied for removal of conditions...

June 4th NOA

Jan 31st 08 Got email saying my case was transfered from TSC to VSC.....will be scheduled for interview....

Feb 04 last update online.

Waiting...

07/08/08 Green card ordered! No interview!

Waiting for card...

Card arrived and done for a while...

I wouldn't write anything on the envelope. You could write the reason for your letter in BOLD on a cover letter. It is probably enough, however, that you put the filled out I-751 form in the first place of your materials when you put them together (or second place after cover letter), not counting the check.

We sent our packet off yesterday and according to the guides on here, we wrote under the address:

Attention: I-751 petition to remove conditions of status

Removing of Conditions Timeline

05/29/2007 - Sent package to NSC

05/31/2007 - Package received by NSC

06/01/2007 - Date on NOA (1 day after they received our package!)

06/11/2007 - NOA and Biometrics notice received via snail-mail

06/21/2007 - Biometrics taken

04/03/2008 - Transferred to CSC

05/14/2008 - Approved (notified via email)

05/21/2008 - Card received
