Transferred N400 to another state - Interview & Jurisdiction Issues

So I went for interview on Monday April 22nd at Mount Laurel, NJ which my case was transferred there from FLORIDA. I was the first person to be interviewed as it was scheduled for 7.40 AM.

 

I will share more details later but basically it went well. I had ROC pending the officer didn't even mentioned. He went straight into Citizenship. I was concerned about brining birth certificate as it was required by interview letter I had brought original US Passport and my spouse lol so he saw that and didn't even asked for birth cert or not even the passport. 

 

At the end of the interview the officer said: All good but I cannot approve you at this moment because all papers have florida address and I need to see that you actually live in this jurisdiction. Will send letter (RFE) and reply to it with proof of address. 

 

I got the RFE on the mail today but it does say that it has to be of at least 3 months which is odd because I've mentioned that I've only been living in this state for 1 month... I had applied in Florida where I lived 4 years. 

 

I will send my utility bills which are dated for just a month old... I suppose that the 3 month rule does not apply for transferred cases. 

 

Anyone else on the same boat?

What is the deadline to respond to the RFE?  If two or three months, you can wait, gather more evidence for a month or two, as long as you send the response sometime before the deadline.

I sent the evidence quickly even before getting the letter via mail since I was able to print the letter via online and got approved. Oath ceremony will be scheduled soon. Posting this as information if anyone else finds themselves in the same situation.
