Hello,

I had applied two separate I130 petitions for my mother and father with a gap of a few days - to secure some additional documents for my father. Both these petitions were both approved at separate times (few months apart).

I want to know

  1. if there is a way to combine these two petitions so that one of them becomes "primary applicant" and the other one becomes dependent?
  2. it seems that my father's case allows him to submit supporting documents online, however for my mother's case supporting documents gets to be mailed

1. No, unless one of them immigrates first and then applied for the other
