How did the interview go?  My wife has hers coming up on the 29th, finally!

Interview went quite well.  Approved both I-751 and N-400 on July 3, 2019.  Expected to received 10 YR GC today.  Oath ceremony on 15th July.

Congratulations that's great!  I'm surprised they issue the gc even though you got citizenship, seems silly.

Yes, it is little bit unusual , received GC today.  I mentioned to IO that my conditional GC was taken during I-551 stamp and one of the requirements for oath to hand-over the GC and which I could not if I don't receive my GC.  May be he noted that and request to issue one.

Did they ask for any additional documents?

No additional documents asked during interview. N-400 interview is the easiest, if your record is clean and answers all questions truthfully.  They know more about you than you know about you during our long immigration journey and they have everything about you, checked your background several times.  So relax

Still in limbo. She passed the test, but they couldn't grant citizenship because they said the i751 is still pending.   So frustrating.

Got a letter, oath ceremony is next Friday!  Can you get a passport while you are there?  Thought I read that somewhere.

It might offer some places.  My oath was 2 pm, I took an appointment @ 4:45 pm at post office ( you can do that online) , 1.8 miles from the oath place in Philly.   Filled the form online of the new passport application, took one picture, copy of the drive license and new NC and went to the post office and applied at the same day.  July 15, got passport July 24, 2019 ( $60 for express service).
