The correct route for that (protecting  the child) is the courts. Removing your son from the country without the other parent’s permission is usually considered  kidnapping.

I hope they get a lawyer as well but in the other thread she said she was quoted a price and was saying that "Lawyer asked for $10k which I don't have". Especially with taking a child abroad without parental consent then it can get pretty expensive quick.

OP closed her account and just in case she is still reading Please seek a US attorney to deal with custody as the child was born in the US anything you get done in Israel will not hold in a US court so the kidnapping charges will not go away.
