There is no private care in israel that is the problem!! Its government medical care and private insurance ( for expat doctors not basic care) cannot be done without Apostille as well

Really? One of my Israeli relatives had a surgery done privately in Israel because the wait time for government was too long. Admittedly I don’t know about basic care.

You never dealt with the government before, with public healthcare and applying for passports?

There are still aspects of your story that don’t make sense to me tbh.

Public care in automatically after birth in israel (you can google it) passport is done with ID (that we received from the school in age of 16) and even visas are usually with company that fills everything for people

And both is not problem never.

when im citizen it's easy. But my son is not and to deal with this is big mess

Includes a section on private healthcare options

anyway as said before, looks like first problem is your apostille, suggest you request it again and pay for FedEx or another courier to get it to you, then you can deal with basics of healthcare, registration etc. Next issue is lawyers to deal with custody issue and possible kidnapping charge. Not DIY.

There is nothing to add to this thread anymore. I've read up to 4th page and it was enough.
OPs details are all over the place. OPs previous thread and this one doesn't line up.

1.Nobody knows exactly why you're on no fly list.

2. Your visa is revoked as soon as you get overstay.

3. You might have charges pending.

4. File for divorce.

5. File for custody. (this will be difficult cause if ex filed for kidnapping.. Uphill battle)

6. Chances to get into USA or getting any visa for that matter is 0.

Yes but israel request Apostille and from here all the problem start.

I have done many apostilles in the US and Canada via mail.  You don't need to go to the US just to get an apostille on a document.  All you need to do is contact the Secretary of State in the US state of the place of birth, send them the original birth certificate with payment needed and request an apostille via mail.  From your earlier thread it sounds like you wanted to return to the US to live and try to file VAWA.  Now that this is no longer an option, get the birth certificate apostille via mail or FedEx or whatever you have to do and focus on the possible kidnapping charges, legal divorce/custody issues and forget about immigration or ever living in the US, at least until all of that other stuff is cleared up.  Good luck.

Yup, with the OP's account closed, not much else can be done here. Hopefully they consider what they've done and get an amazing lawyer because this could get ugly. for them with the potential of international kidnapping, whether they knew it or not, by the sound of it, that's what they did.

Looking at the time lines there seems no way the OP could have applied for another B, been recommended for a waiver and got one so I assume she was seeking to enter on her voided visa and that is why she was not allowed to fly.

From what she says seems unlikely her Husband would be concerned about her and the baby leaving so she may in practice have no issue.

What she needs to do in Israel to get her child registered I have no idea but I would expect there are Non Profits that could help.

After this, I contact lawyer, USCIS, CBP, and US embassy- they said my visa vaild. Not revoked.

Im shocked because they said its not the problem with the visa- is with me or my name.

If it was the visa they could told me "you don't have vaild visa" but they said its TSA not CBP.( or they the same?)

TSA and CBP are NOT one in the same.
