If ill contact the embassy again? They can see?

they know about it!!! 2 days after I return to my country i send them an email about it..

I don’t know what you’re trying to say here. You told them you kidnapped the child once you are in your own country?

There’s nothing they can do about that unless (as far as I know) there is an international arrest warrant out for you. One thing the embassy can do of course... is place you on a no fly list.

You took a USC child out of the US away from its USC father without permission, from either the father or the courts. You don’t seem to realize this is serious.

Also - can you clarify- when you say about not being able to register the child in our own country - does that mean the only citizenship the child has is US? Or do you mean something else by “not registering”?

As I explained to you in your previous thread, the father not being on the birth certificate (which you CHOSE to do purposefully) does NOT mean he has no legal rights to his child, nor does it mean that he is NOT the child's father.

Yes, you do have bigger problems.

Ill contact lawyer soon as possible!

Now everything is make sense..

OF COURSE you need consent to take the child out of the country to live----you honestly thought that just because his name isn't listed on the birth certificate then he's magically not the father?

I told the embassy i ran away with the child... yes the only citizen my son have is US for now. Without Israeli citizen he cant get medical care and a lot of other things ( the medical care is from the government only)

Agree. My understanding - and certainly the case in California - is that if the parents are married, the husband is legally assumed to be the father. Official website: https://www.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp-parentage.htm says “The law assumes that the married persons are the child's legal parents,”.

Legal website state by state - married usually = presumed father  https://family.findlaw.com/paternity/legal-definition-of-father-by-state.html

i wonder if deliberately leaving father’s  name off birth certificate could actually make this worse for OP as it seems to signal ill intent, even if OP believed at the time it was better for the child. Definitely need a good lawyer, or lawyers - there are a number of issues involved here.

Huh? Are you Jewish?  (This is relevant because if so child can get Israeli citizenship anyway)

I don’t know about “fix” it, but good luck, especially with the legal custody issues.

By fixing I mean to file for custody.

Yes but israel request Apostille and from here all the problem start..

You may need a criminal lawyer as well to deal with the likely kidnapping charge (as the existence of one seems the most likely reason you’re on a no-fly list). Custody may not be as easy you seem to think it is.

May I ask how you plan to pay for legal fees if you seem unable to pay for private healthcare for your son while you wait for the registration issues to get sorted out? Is your family supporting you? This could be a long and expensive process.

I've had apostilled documents emailed mailed to me before, have you tried emailing/calling the relevant authority to have them mail you the apostille you need to register your son?

In some states the EX husband is presumed to be the father for up to 1 year after initial seperation, unless someone else is legally named at the point of birth.

There is no private care in israel that is the problem!! Its government medical care and private insurance ( for expat doctors not basic care) cannot be done without Apostille as well
