It’s also possible the airline denied you erroneously because you have the same name as someone on the list. I’ve seen this happen before.

I did not realize poster’s previous history when I wrote this, so I no longer think it was erroneous.

No, my visa vaild and the CBP officer did say that to the airline agent.

is something else and I don't know what.

i fiiled DHS trip already waiting for an answer.

Is very weird.

Is this a new visa you got recently from your home country?  It’s not the same visa you used for your previous entry to the US?

If it is a new visa, did you truthfully answer the questions about previous overstay etc?

edit: sorry, still catching up to the thread. If it is the old visa as it seems it is certainly revoked.

1. You have a ban. Maybe the embassy didn't u understand you or you didnt include all info. You can try applying for b2 Visa but chances are 0.

2. Now possible kidnapping charges. If I were you I wouldn't even try to go to the US because you will get arrested if bags true.

The chances of you getting into the US are less than zero....bottom line..........this is going to take a lot of attorney effort and a LOT of money to untangle.

Be honest? I don't care anymore of enter us.. i needed documents that I couldn't obtain in 4 months that i tried.

The correct route for that (protecting  the child) is the courts. Removing your son from the country without the other parent’s permission is usually consider kidnapping.

If ill contact the embassy again? They can see?

they know about it!!! 2 days after I return to my country i send them an email about it..

Seems reasonable he would press charges for kidnapping since you did kidnap his son.

I understand you wanting to protect the child, however there were legal routes to take to do that---you've made the situation worse for yourself by just fleeing the country with him.

So you were planning on returning to the US to visit to get documents from the child's father...how did you hope to accomplish that, exactly?  From your previous threads your husband was horribly abusive to you, and then you took his son without his consent---doubtful he would just smile and hand over the paperwork once he saw you.

Well, it seems from your previous thread that you actually are trying to return to remain rather than just get documents.

The embassy can see what?  If there are criminal charges filed against you now?  The embassy has nothing to do with that.

You sent them an email telling the embassy that you took the USC child without the father's  consent?

No. I need Apostille to register my son in my country and then to file for divorce (my son dont get medical care right now because of this)

I didn't need constant to take our child because I didn't put him on the birth certificate, i was told that if he want he can claim for legal rights and I thought by the time he will do it my son will be registered in my country and then i will be able to fight on custody

i was so affraid.. /;

now I understand that maybe im in bigger problems
