If you overstayed then you dont have a valid visa.  Its that simple.

I dont know who you called and what did you tell them, but that's a fact. You have no valid visa to enter US.

Trying to understand how to get more information about it.

When a person overstays a B2, it is automatically revoked...by law.......

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

In your vawa thread you said that you know that you cannot enter the US because you overstayed and you have a ban. Possibly 3 or 10 years?

Now you sound surprised that you were denied entry on the plane... so when was your b2 visa issued? When did you have the interview in the Embassy and how come did they give you a Visa even though you have a ban (I assume)?

I do not have ban ( us embassy said) when I posted the vawa post I wanted to file gor waiver, but waiver is not required (again- us embassy told me) and visa not revoked.

but again, it's weird.. because the airline over the phone did not see any denying from DHS.

If you overstayed a B2, that visa is gone........revoked......

In your previous thread you were well aware that you have a ban. You were asking for way to have a 10 year ban "canceled ". And now you suddenly forgot?

Your vawa thread is a mess and now you seem to be still lying about various things.

There is no way your visa is valid. You have no visa.

So why embassy said something else? I contact them i order to replace it and they said no need.

But again, I wasn't told about visa. The airline received something else (i did ask if its visa problem they said no)

Maybe you were put on no fly lost because you took USC child abroad without fathers consent? Who knows. Either way, no idea what to tell you. You have a ban and cannot travel to the US. The ban didnt magically disappeared.

Did you tell the embassy when you contacted them to find out if it was valid that you'd previously overstayed on that same visa for more than a year?

Usually people don't know their visa is revoked until they attempt entry into the country.

I knew about overstayed and ban. But after talking with embassy I understand something else ( contact them to replace visa and file for waiver) im not lying about nothing dear.

And AGAIN they did not say anything about my visa.

If it was visa problem- its ok to be honest, but the airline said the no fly list is something else. Because of this im not understand

Is it possible you have an open warrant against you, initiated by your husband when you took the USC child and "fled the country"..according to your previous thread it was without his consent?  I understand there may have been some abuse that prompted your decision, however you would have still needed legal consent from the father/court ordered custody to move the child permanently out of the States instead of just hopping a plane with the infant.  Having open warrants is another reason why people can be put on a no-fly list.

Let us know what you hear back, if anything.

That's possible?!?!?! How do i check it???  maybe he did report me for taking our son.. iv tried to protect my baby.. i will contact lawyer for this, family lawyer?

The chances of you getting into the US are less than zero....bottom line..........this is going to take a lot of attorney effort and a LOT of money to untangle.

Of course it's possible.  There is such a thing as parental kidnapping.
