NO FLY LIST

It is a complete cluster (removed). If you somehow ended up on the list, it's good luck getting information. List is maintained by DHS, and the FBI is in charge of who is on it, and who is not, and as expected these are government agencies so you can imagine the quality of the product they deliver. The list is classified, and they are not required to tell you if you are on it, or why. There are so many lawsuits pending because of this it is unbelievable. They supposedly made changes allowing you to challenge why you are on the list. Last I heard you can file a challenge against the list, and they will issue you a redress number that is proof you are contesting the validity of the information, and with this number you may be able to fly. I think your best bet is to contact the ACLU directly as they are the ones who have filed 90% of the lawsuits, and would have the most current information on it. Wish I had more information, but this is a few years ago I was talking to a lawyer about it as it came up randomly, and he had assisted someone trying to figure out how they ended up on it.

The big problem that you will face is that the reforms favor USCs and US LPRs, not foreigners.  I agree with @Loren Y, you should try contacting the ACLU, but I doubt anything will happen quickly.

Good Luck!

Update: After this comic was published, the government made some reforms in response to a federal court ruling that the process to challenge inclusion on the No Fly List is unconstitutional. The government has now committed to telling U.S. citizens and permanent residents whether they are on the No Fly List, and it established a revised redress system. Those reforms, however, are not enough. The government still refuses to provide meaningful notice of the reasons our clients are blacklisted, the basis for those reasons, and a hearing before a neutral decision-maker. We’re still fighting for our clients’ due process rights.

From your previous threads I'm wondering if you were denied boarding due to your passport/visa being flagged somehow for your previous 1+ year overstay the last time you "visited"?

No, my visa vaild and the CBP officer did say that to the airline agent.

is something else and I don't know what.

i fiiled DHS trip already waiting for an answer.

Is very weird.

It’s also possible the airline denied you erroneously because you have the same name as someone on the list. I’ve seen this happen before.

I call the airline today to ask for full refund, the agent there did not see that i was denied boarding, he also called to my connection city in Europe and they did not receive nothing from DHS.. so all of this is really weird. I never committed a crime/ beed arrested. I tried calling them but it was closed. They didn't said nothing on my visa. Only said "you are on no fly list". I googled it, it's connected to terrorist / crime.

my only concern is that my husband hold my passport for 18 months, maybe he use it? Im really trying to think for reasons but nothing is make sense.

Hmmm.....You didn't try to use the same B2 that you overstayed on earlier, correct?

In your vawa thread you said that you know that you cannot enter the US because you overstayed and you have a ban. Possibly 3 or 10 years?

Now you sound surprised that you were denied entry on the plane... so when was your b2 visa issued? When did you have the interview in the Embassy and how come did they give you a Visa even though you have a ban (I assume)?

which would have been revoked upon overstay...........sounds like this was no mistake at all........

Do not get the do not fly list confused with the terriost watch list as they are two separate lists from my understanding. But I guess you could end up on both.

After this, I contact lawyer, USCIS, CBP, and US embassy- they said my visa vaild. Not revoked.

Im shocked because they said its not the problem with the visa- is with me or my name.

If it was the visa they could told me "you don't have vaild visa" but they said its TSA not CBP.( or they the same?)
