Well, we have gotten to the point of gathering and organizing our evidence of our on going relationship...how do you recommend that I package this stuff. I am going to use a standard D-ring binder and document protectors. I have airline stubs, passport copies, phone records, emails, pictures and receipts from various hotels, restaurants, transportation and other receipts.

I am going to leave the photos in a photo book. Do you recommend that I make a seperate section for each and then following that use the receipts behind the airline stubs? Sorry, I am probably overthinking this, I just want it organized for the consulate. Thanks for your time.

Are there any rules pertaining to using a binder with document protectors, staples or even paperclips?

I put my relationship evidence in a separate pocket folder from the rest of the documents and labeled the folder. I don't know about any rules regarding staples, etc. I think I put my photos in a plastic baggie and put them in the folder with the relationship evidence - with dates and places written on the back of the photos. I'm sure it will not hurt to be organized.
