Hello everybody

i've just started to fill the G-325A so as i can send it to my husband in USA after the weekend, inshallah. while reading this form, (since i'm the foreign spouse who is living abroad) i have some doubt about some points... i don't know what should i write i'm looking for some :help:

- File Number A : which number?? (does it mean my ID Moroccan card number? or i should put N/A?)

- we have two tables related to residency and employment question- as bellow- (but which one is related to the foreign spouse abroad? n°1? or n°2? or both )

1- Applicant's residence/employment last five years. list present address/employment first.

2- Applicant's last address/employment outside the US of more than year.

- as i'm from Morocco, should i write my name in "arabic".

i hope that i haven't been long in my post  ... i hope that i'll be able to send G-325 by maximum mid next week (to give some 10-15 days to reach Louisiana)

thank you in advance for any answer and help

'A' number is Alien registration number. Unless you have had previous dealings with USCIS you will not have an alien number. It is a number assigned to those immigrating, on working or J-2 visas. If none then put 'None'. You will be assigned an alien number during this process.

You are each the applicant for your own G-325A so the questions pertain to each of you on your respective G-325A. You list your residences and employment on yours....your husband will list his residences and employment on his.

In the question asking you if your native alphabet is other then Roman numerals you put your name in your native alphabet.......in your case 'arabic'

but i still hesitate what to write in the residency question

- Applicant's residence last five years. list present address first (i'll list the addresses in Morocco)

- applicant's last address outside the United States of more than one year. (have I to re-write the same answer as the above question, because i've always been living in Morocco??)

- this form is submitted in connection with application for : the answer is :

If the address outside of the US of more then one year is the same as your present address you would put that, yes.

This form is submitted in connection with

'Other' I-129F for Spouse

The reason being.......the G-325A is submitted along with everything else in connection with the I-129F petition. It is only with the approval that one can then apply for the K-3 visa. I have however noted members putting 'Other' K-3. They are not going to reject it based on what is or not put there. They will get the guist of it.
