Sorry, I haven't navigated this site near enough, because one time I saw a spreadsheet that would give me this info, bit once I get my NOA2 approved, how long does it take to get the interview in bkk?

Also, on average how long from NOA2 until we get Packet 3 sent to us?

Our NOA1 was filed November 8, 2018, but on April 3rd I received a RFE.  They received my answer on April 12th.  Mail was big delay.  5 days to get to me and 4 days to mail it back.  Hoping the NOA2 comes soon.

Thanks for any help

Hi. I hope this helps but we got our NOA2 in the mail on Feb 11th and NVC only received it on Mar 19th. Case was made on the 25th and the USE received it on April 9th. I didn't get any mail from them so I emailed them inquiring about it and they said they mailed it to me on the 12th. I still haven't gotten it but they also attached the packet 3 link in the email which I have started collecting/processing. The Thai police clearance takes the longest time to get. Anyway, I'm the beneficiary. :)

Oh and I still haven't had my interview scheduled as I'm still waiting for some additional documents. But hoping it will be in May.

Can I start on the process to get thai police clearance now?  What would I need to do to get that?  Thank you so much

Yes, I only showed them a copy of my NOA2 and they also check my passport and saw my US tourist visa. It cost me 100baht and take 3 weeks to get.

Jco, sorry, I thought it was a police report in Thailand of my fiance, who is coming to America.  She would give NOA2  letter, her passport and 100 baht, correct?

Yes, I'm the beneficiary so I had to process it here. Anyway, yes to all especially NOA2 as they have to know it is specifically for the processing of the K1. Btw, I'm not Thai so I'm not sure if they require other things for Thai citizen.
