Red light ticket question (split)

Got pulled over today for crossing a red light.

I will pay the fee once I get something in the mail.

Does that have an impact on my Removal of Conditions and later on my application to become a US-citizen?

I have a ticket and paid.

and it show on my driving record with and End date. Is that mean I already paid the fine? Can I give my driving record to proof the office?

Once you have paid the fine, it is done and you can't do anything. Before you pay the fine, usually they give you an option to either pay the fine or do the driving course (This is some time mentioned on the ticket that you get).

I did took a course. But I don’t know how to proof that I already paid the fine. Will a driving record enough?

Yes, ofcourse, they are mostly online. But you have to get approval from the court where you got the ticket before you complete the course. Check which courses are available in your state. They usually cost $25 and are very easy to pass.

 

 

You don't just take a course yourself. After you get a ticket, you have to tell them in writing that want to do the course (If it is available/possible - there are some eligibility rules/criteria). Then the court will process and approve you for the course. You then do the course and submit the proof to the court where you go the ticket. The court then gives you a letter stating the ticket has been dismissed! I don't know if you followed this. Simply doing the course yourself is not enough!

I did exactly what you just said. The ticket was 2 years ago. My interview is coming up. I just wondering Will my driving record enough to proof the offfice that I paid the fine. Do u know?

You didn't get any letter saying your ticket was dismissed from the court??  Contact the court where you got the ticket and they will provide you the proof on a letter.

I got pulled over by an officer but there was nothing written on how much I have to pay and he couldn't tell me either...

Mine didn't.

Only the information for the court house in case I wanted to go there.
