Once you get to ISSUED status it can be 2-3 days before the visa package is released to 2GO for delivery,  you can be looking at another 5-10 business days for delivery depending on your location.

There is tracking info near the bottom of this page.

CFO appt have been running close to a month out..

Thanks for the info Hank. Can't access ceac.state.gov to check my visa status using our wifi... it keeps saying "This site can't be reached", this has been going for about a month now, but when I tried to open it using mobile data, it opens.

It seems that CFO appointment is about to run out for the month of MAY, I should get an appointment then.. thanks again.

My fiancee checked CEAC today and the status was changed to NON IMMIGRANT ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING (Aril 24, 2019), same date when it changed to READY (April 24, 2019). If all went well, tomorrow or by the end of the day, we'll be seeing ISSUED status.... weeeeeee. Crossed fingers😱

My visa status in CEAC changed to ISSUED yesterday (April 25, 2019). My fiancee told me the good news this morning... she's so happy and she said tha she can finally book a flight for me lol. Only thing to do is the CFO Seminar May 24. Thanks guys for all the positive responses you had given me....😉

Congrats!. Hopefully it is shipped out already. For me when it was issued, I had a April 15th date (Holiday 2 days later), but then the date changed to April 23rd and again changed to April 25th for issued. April 25th was the date it shipped out.

Thanks hank. I did the email thing and they autoreply "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." Does this mean that it hasn't been shipped yet?

Oh thanks. I just tried emailing passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com with my passport number as the "SUBJECT" and "BODY" and they autoreplied "There is no status update available for the passport number submitted." This means that they haven't shipped it, right?

I tend to go with "Elvis has left the building" once there is no status

That is my guess, once there is no status.   2GO picks up at the end of the day, so it would take time for it to get into their system .. and many times it is delivered without it showing up in tracking.

Just be patient .. if you are in metro Manila  I would say have your ID ready come Monday and onward.  ;)

Actually it means it has Not left the embassy. When my wife's visa was issued it stated no status update until it left. When it left it states it was received from the consular section. And the delivery was in process.
