Interview package contents ?

hello all ... our CR1 interview package was sent from hcmc for over 2 1/2 weeks now and we still haven't seen anything arrived. I called in and also emailed but was told to hold on until the beginning of june to go pick it up in person if it hasn't arrived. We only have about 3 weeks left before the interview and don't know if we would have enough time to complete all the things asked for in the interview package. Does anyone know what is in the interivew package for a CR1 case ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

PS, we never recieved any package 3 either. I remember the last letter my wife recieved was from NVC asking for a choice of agent.

Is your mailing address correct? I know some addresses in Viet Nam may be hard to find and thus letters sometimes do not get delivered. Do you designate a lawyer to represent and receive your paperwork?

I have packet 4 instructions for K1 visas (not CR1). If after a while you haven't found packet 4 contents you could PM me if you'd like and I'll attach them. Keep in mind mine is for K1, which may not be helpful to you.
