Priority Date

I received 1-797. Received date is January 4, 2006 and notice date is January 13, 2006. Priority date is blank. Filing for my sister under F4, the rest of the world. Is the priority date current?. We don't hear anything yet. I check the status online. It said : On March 23, 2009, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, at your local office. 
Could you please tell me what is going on and what should I do???

You should expect a letter from NVC (if you didn't change your address). If I were you, I'd call NVC to inquire.

I did try, never get someone answer the phone. Do you know a better number to reach them?. The current date is in may. Is it too early to expect the welcome letter now?

Update!!We got the case completed on aug 26, 2019. F4 country is indonesia... any idea when we will receive the interview letter?
